The Metro Strategies Group leadership team brings more than 75 years of combined experience working with agencies on planning and infrastructure projects. Our passion for advancing initiatives that make a difference in our communities also drives our dedication to helping our clients achieve their goals and priorities.

Seema specializes in program planning, development, evaluation, project management and funding for public and non-profit sector clients. She has over 25 years of experience working across a range of issues including stormwater, environmental, transportation, public health and human services. She has also helped agencies secure over $30 million in funding for a variety of programs and projects.

Tammy is an accomplished project lead overseeing public outreach, stakeholder engagement and communications projects. She works with clients to develop strategies to successfully connect with target populations and stakeholders as well as overcome project obstacles. She is passionate about working with municipalities and regional agencies on effective communications, funding strategies and advocacy campaigns.

​Rocco has more than 30 years of experience advancing major transportation initiatives for the state of Illinois, first at the Illinois Department of Transportation and most recently at the Illinois Tollway. He has led numerous capital improvement projects from the planning process through implementation including the $14 billion Illinois Tollway Move Illinois capital program. Rocco is known for his work and commitment to forging partnerships to address local priorities, sustainability efforts and economic development.
